When was the last time you truly noticed your breath? Just pause for a moment. We live in a fast-paced world, and our breath operates on autopilot, unnoticed, and undervalued. Breathwork invites you to reconnect with your breath. It is the intentional practice of controlling your breath to influence your physical, mental, and emotional states.
Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is the practice of breathing with awareness, intention, and attention to our inner experience, in the present moment. It invites you to explore the connection between your body, mind, and soul.

-Breath is the only autonomic function we can consciously control, giving us direct access to our nervous system

CCB activates our parasympathetic nervous system, bringing a sense of calm and balance to our body. As we shift into a deepened state of relaxation, our body can release stress, tension, and even unprocessed emotions that are stored in the nervous system.
-It involves breathing in a connected way, where each inhale flows naturally into the exhale. It encourages oxygenation of the blood, improved circulation, and a heightened state of awareness.
